Webalytics Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webalytics, a web analytics platform operated by IPX LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at contact@ipxllc.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account or create accounts for others without their knowledge. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.

You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

3. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Renewals

Webalytics offers free and paid plans billed monthly or annually.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation.

5. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry charges. Accounts may be downgraded if payment is not resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal use or violation of laws
• No scraping or unauthorized data extraction
• No reverse engineering
• No bypassing security features
• No malware or spam distribution
• No resale or white-labeling without permission
• No impersonation of IPX or users

7. No Interference

You may not disrupt platform performance or interfere with other users. This includes DDoS attacks and abuse of APIs.

8. Business Outcomes and Insights

All analytics and insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

We do not guarantee improvements in business metrics.

9. No Performance Guarantees

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.

10. Intellectual Property

IPX LLC owns the platform and all associated intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

IPX LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

12. Modifications to the Service

We may modify or remove features at any time.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will provide notice for material changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
