Webalytics started as an internal tool to answer a simple question: Why are visitors not converting, and what should we fix first? When it consistently delivered clear answers, we decided to make it available to others facing the same problem.

Who's behind it
Webalytics is a product built by IPX LLC - a small product company focused on building simple, high-impact software tools for growing businesses. We're builders who got tired of watching good businesses lose leads to fixable website problems, so we built Webalytics as the answer.
We respond to every support ticket personally and shape the product based on what customers actually ask for. Our goal is to give small business owners and lean marketing teams conversion insights that were previously only available to companies with dedicated data teams.
The first version of Webalytics was built for internal use - tracking conversion behaviour across client sites managed by IPX LLC.
Shared the tool with a handful of small business owners. Conversion Grade concept validated - users wanted clarity, not another noisy dashboard filled with tabs and graphs.
Webalytics is now available publicly with a free plan. Added auto conversion tracking, scroll depth, and source attribution and other core features.
Team collaboration features and deeper industry benchmarking. Built based on what customers ask for most.
