You can cancel your Webalytics subscription at any time — no forms, no phone calls required. Here's exactly how it works.
How to cancel
- 1Go to Settings → BillingClick your avatar in the top right, select Settings, then click Billing in the sidebar.
- 2Click "Cancel subscription"Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page. Click the Cancel subscription link.
- 3Confirm cancellationYou'll be asked to confirm. Optionally, you can tell us why you're leaving — your feedback helps us improve.
What happens after you cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then:
- You keep full access to all features on your current plan.
- No further charges are made.
- You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
At the end of the billing period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. You don't lose your account or your data.
Annual plans
If you're on an annual plan, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the annual term. We do not offer refunds for unused months on annual plans, except in cases of billing errors. If you believe there's been an error, contact support.
Want to pause instead?
We don't currently offer a pause feature, but downgrading to Free is effectively the same thing — your data is preserved and you can upgrade again whenever you're ready.
Changed your mind?
If you cancelled by mistake, go back to Settings → Billing and click Resume subscription. You can do this any time before your billing period ends and your subscription will continue uninterrupted.
