Live chat is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm EST. Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard to start a conversation. If no agents are available, your message is converted to an email ticket automatically.

To report a security vulnerability, email security@webalytics.io directly. Do not report security issues through the standard support channel. We review all security reports within 48 hours.
