Webalytics accepts a range of payment methods and makes it easy to update or change your card at any time.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- PayPal (available on monthly plans only)
- Bank transfer / ACH (Team and Enterprise plans, annual billing only)
Adding a payment method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods.
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter your card details and click Save.
You can save multiple cards. The one marked Primary is used for all charges.
Updating your card
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods.
- Click Edit next to the card you want to update.
- Update the expiry date or other details and click Save.
To replace a card entirely, add the new card first, set it as Primary, then remove the old one.
Removing a payment method
Click Remove next to a card. You cannot remove your Primary payment method while you have an active paid subscription. Set another card as Primary first.
Changing billing currency
Webalytics bills in USD by default. If you need to be billed in another currency (GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD), contact support and we can arrange this for annual plans.
VAT & taxes
If you're based in the EU and have a valid VAT registration number, enter it under Settings → Billing → Tax information to have VAT removed from your invoices. US customers in applicable states may see sales tax applied automatically based on their billing address.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry automatically after 3 days, then again after 7 days. After 3 failed attempts, your account is downgraded to Free. Updating your payment method and clicking Retry payment will restore your plan immediately.
